SBI PO Salary & Job Profile 2022-2023

SBI PO gets basic pay of Rs. 41,960/- (with 4 advance increments) on the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840. You will also get additional benefits like DA, HRA, CCA etc. as per the norms laid down by govt. Also, probation of 2 years is mandatory for anyone recruited as an SBI PO.

The gross pay of the SBI PO lies between Rs 8.00 Lakhs to Rs. 13.00 lakhs per annum. The amount usually varies as per the location of the PO where he/she is posted.

Educational Qualifications (as of 31.12.2022):

  • The SBI PO applicant must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government as specified in the notification.
  • Applicants in the Final year/Semester of their Graduation can also apply but they must produce proof of having passed the graduation examination by the time they are called for the interview.
  • Applicants having an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the Integrated Dual Degree certification must be on or before August 2022. Also, Candidates having Chartered Accountant certification may apply.
